We are currently looking for a Traffic Controller for a confidential assignment with an established player in the logistics and transport industry. Here you will have a central role in daily operations, responsible for planning transports, coordinating transport flows, and ensuring deliveries with high quality and precision.

About the Role
As a Traffic Controller, you are responsible for operational transport planning and have daily contact with customers, carriers, and internal functions. You actively work to optimize transport flows, ensure the right capacity, and follow up on deliveries to create an efficient and cost-effective operation.
You will become an important part of an engaged team where collaboration, quality, and service are in focus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Plan and optimize daily transport operations.
- Ensure access to the right transport capacity.
- Monitor transports and handle deviations in real-time.
- Coordinate and schedule transports with customers and carriers.
- Contribute to solution-oriented logistics setups based on customer needs.
- Work with documentation, follow-up, and reporting.
- Handle and administer transports in transport management systems.
- Participate in an on-call rotation according to operational needs.
We are looking for someone who
You have previous experience in traffic control, transport planning, or a similar operational role within logistics. You thrive on making decisions, reprioritizing when necessary, and have a natural focus on service and quality.
We would like you to have:
- Post-secondary education in logistics or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in traffic control or transport planning.
- Good geographical knowledge of Sweden.
- Good system proficiency and experience with transport management systems is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you have previously worked within the logistics or food industry.
